Only Ruby sees your answers. They can be viewed solely inside the password-protected admin area of this website, which only Ruby can log in to — no other staff, clients or outside parties have access. The data is held in a secured database on servers within the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany); traffic is encrypted over HTTPS and your digital signature is additionally stored encrypted. Your health data is never sold, rented or used for advertising, and is not shared with our payment, newsletter or analytics providers. It is not even sent by email: Ruby only receives a notification that a form was submitted, without the answers. We use it purely to carry out your treatment safely. You can always request a copy, have your data corrected or deleted and withdraw your consent — just get in touch via the contact page.
